A plant native to the steppes of Central Asia, Tarragon was once identified as "dragon grass" hence its Latin name (
dracunculus ) which means "little dragon".
The essential oil of Tarragon facilitates digestion in the stomach and stimulates the activity of the liver.
It helps reduce bloating and expel intestinal gas.
